I am very happy to launch with you, my friends, the new services that SandraBarcelonaNY is offering this new year.

As you might already know I am very interested in health and food. I deeply believe that changing the eating habits and leadiing a healthy life a little bit of exercice can make a big difference in everyone's life and I am determined to prove it.

I am from Barcelona and therefore I grew up with a Mediterranean diet, very rich in vegetables, olive oil, fruit and fish. We live in the United States which is very far from the Mediterranean sea but nowadays there are no borders if we want to get very good ingredients. We can import the best of the Mediterranean sea to New York.

This is why one of my new services will be organizing WORKSHOPS to learn more about what it means to lead a healthy live, what can we eat, how do we cook it and, more important, how can we do it in our daily schedule. I know we all work hard and for very long hours this is why I am sure that if you live a healthier life you will feel better during the long working hours.

Another service I'll be offering are TAILORED MENUS this means that I personally will come to your place to cook you a very special meal for you and your family, your guests, your friends,... You only need to tell me how many people you are, your food preferences and I will come with a special menu for the occasion.

However, if you are a company we come to COOKING TEAMBUILDINGS. If you want to show  your employees what it means to work in a team for a same goal make them cook together. Cooking needs precision, needs concentation and can be very fun, this is the best way to revel in the victory together.

And there is still one more service SandraBarcelonaNY can offer you: HUMAN RESOURCES for your events. Thorugh all these years working in New York we have met lots of people willing to work and very well prepared. We can offer you hostesses, for your meetings, congresses, fairs, etc.  We can look for your VENUES, your PROMOTION, MUSIC, etc.
