Change your eating habits and lead a balanced life with Sandra Martinetto

The end of a year and beginning of the next one is always a moment to check what you’ve done in the last months, how do you feel about it and what do you want to do next.
No matter how good or bad the last year has been, the expectation of what the next year will offer always comes with a feeling of hope, of a will to improve. It is then when we come with the New Year’s resolutions.
Sandra Barcelona New York is not an exception. We are very happy of what we have got from last year and we want to offer more, we want to widen our services and look for new borders.

Our resolution for 2013 is to engage people in a healthy and organic life. Life is very nice and intense; we should enjoy it as much as we can. To do so it is very important to lead a healthy life.
This resolutions means that in 2013 Sandra Martinetto will give you hints, tricks and suggestions to eat healthier, do some easy exercise, have a balanced mind, etc.

You will find all this information in our Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/SandraMartinetto.SandraBarcelonaNY), our twitter account (https://twitter.com/spain4nyc) and in this blog. You can always suggest us recipes, exercises, stores, and much more. We are open to suggestions and changes.

Our new services will include cooking workshops on demand, conferences on how to change eating habits, monthly cooking and balanced diet events, or you can hire Sandra Martinetto to cook for you an original, healthy and organic menu in your home.
